At E&A, we pride ourselves on being a family-oriented company. In fact, it is one of our core corporate values. As the E&A family grew, the Executive Leadership committed to developing and funding the Employee Social Activities Committee, also known as ESAC. The ESAC mission is to develop family-oriented and family-friendly events for E&A employees and their families which helps E&A maintain our sense of family and holds us to the family-oriented company value.

Sometimes ESAC events are on property and sometimes they are not. They are always for having fun and getting to know co-workers away from the office. Events may include: Pancake Breakfasts, Off-Shore Fishing Excursions, hosted Company-wide Meetings, professional baseball games, a Night at the Dog Track, Jacksonville Jaguars NFL tickets, a Day at Wild Waters, Thanksgiving Feast and a Day at the Jacksonville Zoo. And every payday, ESAC sponsors Payday Donuts.
